Idaho Appliance Help is run by Local Help Stations. This page explains what we collect and who sees it.

What this site collects

This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no ads. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

If you call or text us

Calls and texts to (385) 236-4141 are read by Local Help Stations. They are not sent to a repair shop automatically.

Repair requests

Requests are read by Local Help Stations and passed only to local shops that have agreed in writing to receive them, and only with your OK. Today no Idaho shop has agreed, so no request is passed to anyone.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information.
We do not send automatic text messages.

Asking for deletion

To have a message you sent deleted, call or text (385) 236-4141.
